Mr. Smith joined Rockland in 2016. His primary responsibilities include evaluation and analysis of investment transactions. Previously, Mr. Smith worked as an investment associate at Zelnick Media Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the media and communications sector. In addition, Mr. Smith worked as an analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their Power and Utilities investment banking group. Mr. Smith holds a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
