Bio

Mr. Tulk joined Rockland Capital in 2021. He oversees asset management and plant operations activities at various Rockland-owned power plants. Mr. Tulk has over 27 years experience in the power generation industry. Prior to joining Rockland, his experience includes various positions with Stewart & Stevenson, General Electric, Aquila, Caithness Energy, Ethos Energy and NAES. Mr. Tulk is technically versed with GE LM2500, LM5000, LM6000 and Frame 7E units. Mr. Tulk served in the United States Navy from 1987 to 1991 and received an Honorable Discharge.
