Bio

Mr. Feemster joined Rockland Capital in 2016. He oversees asset management and plant operations activities at various Rockland-owned power plants. Mr. Feemster has over 35 years of experience in the power generation industry that includes construction/startup, operations, maintenance and asset management. His experience also includes over 10 years as a plant manager. Prior to joining Rockland, his experience includes various positions with Houston Lighting and Power, Dynegy, InterGen, General Electric, NAES, and ProEnergy Services. Mr. Feemster is a graduate of the Army Intelligence School and has an AA from Westshore Community College.
