Bio

Mr. McMullan is Rockland’s General Counsel where he is responsible for all legal and regulatory aspects of Rockland, its funds, and its portfolio companies. Mr. McMullan joined Rockland in 2022. He has over 20 years of energy experience representing private equity firms, commodity trading houses, developers, and construction companies. Prior to joining Rockland, he was General Counsel at Hudson Sustainable Group and was Associate General Counsel at EDF Energy North America. He also spent several years as a shareholder in private practice developing, building, buying, selling, and financing energy assets. Mr. McMullan received a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Harvard Law School.
