Bio

Mr. Lucier joined Rockland Capital in 2022. He oversees asset management and plant operations activities. Mr. Lucier has over 25 years experience in the power generation industry including construction/startup, operations, maintenance and asset management. Prior to joining Rockland, he held various positions with WIN-Waste Innovations, NextEra Energy, GDF Suez, International Power, Calpine and the Merchant Marine. Mr. Lucier holds a BS in Marine Engineering and MS in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
