Bio

Mr. Paff joined Rockland Capital in 2014. He oversees asset management and plant operations activities at various Rockland-owned power plants. Mr. Paff has over 30 years of experience in the power generation industry that includes development, construction, engineering, operations, maintenance and asset management. Prior to joining Rockland, his experience includes various positions (domestic and international) with Marubeni Power International Inc., MPR Associates, Calpine, Intergen, Sithe Energies and General Dynamics Electric Boat Division. Mr. Paff has a MS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
