Tracey has over twenty-five years of experience developing and implementing sales and EBITDA growth strategies, and cost-reducing financial and operational controls for companies in the manufacturing, services and financial services industries. Since joining Rock Gate Partners in 2015, Tracey has assisted in investment opportunity evaluation as well as portfolio company management. Tracey is the founder of IGI Corporation, a company that specializes in providing training solutions and financial risk management services to manufacturing companies and financial institutions. Before IGI Corporation, Tracey worked as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Genovique Specialties Corporation, an international specialty chemical manufacturer. Prior to Genovique, she held several positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Marketing at Arcor, Inc., a leading metal parts manufacturer for the filtration, automotive, and electronics industries. Her early career was spent in banking as a Vice President with Security Pacific Bank (now Bank of America), where she was responsible for executing financing transactions for Fortune 500 customers. She is a CPA, holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Finance and Marketing.
