Bio

Tom DiEmidio is the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management for Roch Capital Inc. He is responsible for overseeing the asset managers who interface directly with the property level management teams and the Real Estate Analytics Team responsible for the underwriting of new acquisitions and support of the asset management, financing, and disposition processes. Mr. DiEmidio has been employed with Roch Capital since 2011, with prior experience at JLL’s investment management arm, LaSalle Investment Management. Mr. DiEmidio graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
