Pritpal joined Roark in 2020. Prior to joining Roark, he was Chief Financial Officer and Advisory Board member at EIG Global Energy Partners, an approximately $24 billion AUM, Washington, D.C. – based global investment firm, with seven offices across six continents focused on energy and infrastructure. During his 12 years at EIG, Pritpal established and was responsible for the firm’s global finance, tax, valuation and reporting functions, leading multiple fund and manager level financing transactions. Prior to his time at EIG, Pritpal spent 12 years in the Assurance practice at PwC, formerly in the United Kingdom, of which he is a native, and later at several offices in the United States. Pritpal received a B.S. in Applied Sciences from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. He is a licensed CPA in California (inactive) and a U.K. Chartered Certified Accountant.
