Bio

Clay joined Roark in 2007. He is actively involved in Roark's investments in Inspire Brands, Mathnasium, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Pet Retail Brands and Batteries Plus Bulbs. Prior to joining Roark, Clay was a Senior Associate in the transaction advisory services group at Ernst & Young. Prior to Ernst & Young, Clayton worked in the audit and risk advisory services group at KPMG. Clayton received a Master of Accountancy and a BBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
