Allison joined Roark as Chief People Officer in 2020. Allison is a Human Resources executive with over twenty years of experience and a successful track record of helping team members reach their potential. Allison joined Roark from Aptean, a private-equity backed global provider of mission-critical ERP, Supply Chain and Compliance solutions. At Aptean, she was Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the senior executive team, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan. In that role, she oversaw, coached and developed thirty HR professionals across five countries and was responsible for HR related M&A activities for multiple carve-outs, add-on acquisitions, and an overall change of ownership. Previously, she was the Chief People Officer at Jabian Consulting, a management and technology consultancy. Allison started and spent the majority of her career at Accenture in various strategic and operational HR roles, including Managing Director, Human-Resources - Business Process Outsourcing. Allison received her BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
