Ms. Aprile is a Principal of Riverstone and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. She is based in New York. Prior to joining Riverstone in 2007, Ms. Aprile was an Associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP, a law firm specializing in the energy sector, where she focused on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions work. Ms. Aprile received her B.A. in History and Spanish from Middlebury College and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Ms. Aprile is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Texas.
