Chintan brings over fifteen years of combined private equity, corporate mergers & acquisitions and strategy experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2021 as a Principal. Prior to joining Riverside, Chintan was a Principal at Sun Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm where he focused on investments in the technology sector. Prior to his time at Sun Capital, he was at Danaher in their M&A group where he executed multiple transactions across the globe. Chintan previously also held several M&A & Strategy leadership roles at JM Huber, Kurt Salmon (part of Accenture) and HSBC Bank.
