Vitaly joined RCC in 2022 and is focused on healthcare services and HCIT investments at the firm. He is active in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities including origination, deal structure, underwriting, and portfolio company management. Prior to joining RCC, Vitaly worked at Enhanced Healthcare Partners where he worked as a healthcare services and HCIT investor and advised numerous portfolio companies as a Board member and Observer. Prior to Enhanced, Vitaly worked at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, and as an M&A investment banker with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Vitaly started his career as a Debt Restructuring Analyst with USBancorp. Vitaly graduated with a BA in Political Science and Economics from Denison University and later earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
