Britney joined RCC in 2012 leading RCC’s investor relations. She manages strategic deal flow initiatives and helps to ensure the firm is engaging the top tier companies and investor networks in our sectors of focus. She is also responsible for strategic project management and post investment support. Prior to joining RCC, she served as the Associate Editor for a national B2B publication and the editor for a physician, helping to publish three books. Britney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University with a specialization in public relations, minor in psychology and a certificate in political communication. Britney served an executive committee member of the National Venture Capital Association’s StratCom and founding member and Content Chair of VentureNext. She also serves as a member of Cincy Women in Tech. Britney is active in the community serving as a committee member for Beech Acres Parenting Center and was previously Membership Chair of the Young Professionals Board for Cincinnati Works. She’s also participated on the Sayler Park Business Development Committee, YP Board of Be Concerned and served as a mentor in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program. Britney was named as part of the YWCA Cincinnati’s 2016 Class of Rising Stars, completing the leadership development program in 2017.
