Bio

Ralph M. Wyss (53, Swiss/Dutch) has over 25 years of private equity and structured lending experience, having worked in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and The Netherlands. Since moving to Gilde in 1996, Ralph has been instrumental in the success of the Gilde Buy-Out Funds I, II, III, IV and V and serves on the board of a number of portfolio companies. In 2004, Ralph established the Zurich office. Ralph heads the DACH offices and is Chairman of the Partnership. Prior to joining Gilde, Ralph worked for Citibank in London as a senior transactor and originator for LBOs and structured finance. Ralph received a Masters Degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
