Gianluigi Manna (36, Swiss) joined Gilde in 2007 and is based in Gilde’s Zurich office. Gianluigi has been involved in a number of buyouts in the DACH region. Prior to Gilde, Gianluigi gained experience as an intern with Helbling Corporate Finance, a Swiss turnaround and M&A advisory boutique and with Horváth & Partners, a German management consulting firm specialized in performance management. Gianluigi obtained his Masters degree in Accounting & Finance at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
