Jean-Philippe began his career in New York at Paribas in their telecommunications group. In 1999, he joined CDC Equity Capital — the private investment arm of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Group — where he worked until 2002. He participated in many LBO transactions, including Beaufour Ipsen, Autodistribution and Mathon. In 2003, he was named Director of Development at Epolis, a company specializing in parking and is ranked second in France and fifth in Europe in this sector. He worked closely with Epolis’ CEO for six years, during which he helped triple the Group’s turnover and ensured capital growth through two LBOs (CDC, then Charterhouse) and two sales to strategic investors (Eiffage, then Q Park). His responsibilities also included Financial Director, Legal Director, Director of Major Accounts and Administrator of the European subsidiaries. In 2009, Jean-Philippe joined 123 IM, an asset management firm specializing in capital investments, as Partner in charge of infrastructure activities. In 2013, Jean-Philippe became one of the Founding and Managing Partners of RIVE Private Investment, in charge of infrastructure activities. He holds a degree in Estate Planning and is a graduate of the Master 225 in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris at Dauphine.
