Felipe began his career in 1999 in the Equity Research area first at Renta 4 Bank and then at Société Générale Group where he spent 6 years. In 2006, he then joined Banco Santander Group. During 5 years Felipe was in charge of structuring and executing Leverage Buyouts and Project Finance transactions mainly focused in the renewable and infrastructure sector where he successfully led financings including Madrileña Red de Gas, Redexis, Terminales de Contenedores de Barcelona and many wind as well as solar projects. In 2011 he moved to the Asset and Capital Structuring team to lead tax equity transactions again focused in the renewable and infrastructure sector. In 2015 he joined JB Capital Markets in order to design, originate and execute equity as well as debt financing structures over renewable and infrastructure assets in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal). Felipe participated in many transactions where JB Capital Markets co-invested with foreign funds, managing the whole purchasing and financing process. With 12 years of experience in infrastructure project finance, Felipe is now Director at RIVE Private Investment in charge of renewable energies investments in Spain and Portugal. Felipe holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the European University of Madrid.
