Wolf has been working for Rigeto since 2015. More than 15 years of experience in medium-sized companies characterize his entrepreneurial actions. In his role as an associate partner and team member from the founding phase of Rigeto, he has accompanied numerous engagements and gained in-depth experience in the area of ​​medium-sized successions. Most recently, he was responsible for the acquisition of Crusta Nova (today Oceanloop and Honest Catch) and oversees the companies together with Sebastiano Lange. As a long-standing investor, entrepreneur and managing director, he has accompanied company start-ups, supported companies in the growth of their organization and established international production sites. In the last 20 years, Dr. Hoffmann has worked for many years in responsible positions in medium-sized companies and has held numerous managerial positions. He previously worked in corporate finance. His industry focus is on the automotive, automation and food industries as well as on the construction industry and the healthcare market. In addition to his function at Rigeto, he is also a member representative of the Dortmunder Volksbank. Wolf studied business administration at the TU Dortmund and successfully completed his doctorate there on the subject of turnaround equity. He is married and commutes between the Ruhr area, Munich and Ticino. Wolf is an enthusiastic father of a son and a daughter. In his spare time he is a passionate football player and loves good food.
