Kerstin has been working for Rigeto since 2019 and is available to both the Rigeto team and the portfolio companies as a contact person in the areas of recruiting, personnel development and management. The focus is on filling important management positions in the portfolio companies and further expanding the Rigeto team. Here she also accompanies the onboarding and ongoing development of the team. She was able to gain the expertise for this role through many years of experience in operational personnel management at Unilever Deutschland GmbH, as an HR manager at a Munich investment company and at the executive search boutique TALENTspy, where she assisted small/mid-cap PE investors in filling positions important positions in the portfolio companies and in the operational teams. In these roles and in her current position, she was able to gather the necessary experience to carefully design succession situations and to recognize the necessary roles and organizational structures. Kerstin studied economics at the University of Hohenheim and at the RUCA Antwerp. She lives in Munich with her husband and their two children.
