Borislav has been working for Rigeto since 2019. Among other things, he was responsible for the acquisitions of Oehm und Rehbein and inopla. As a long-standing deal captain, he is familiar with a wide variety of business models, builds investment cases and structures possible approaches to increasing value. To this end, he conducts numerous negotiations, structures financing and sets up appropriate participation models. His industry focus is on software and tech-enabled services as well as medical technology. Before that, he worked in the investment business at Odewald KMU and CMP (both Berlin) and at Pioneer Point Partners (London) for almost eight years. In doing so, he was able to gain experience with a wide range of investment opportunities and situations, from entrepreneurial growth financing to succession planning and special situations. He worked for two years in responsible positions at two investments from the CMP portfolio and was able to get to know the challenges in medium-sized companies first-hand. Borislav started his professional career in M&A at Freitag & Co in Frankfurt. Borislav studied business administration at the University of Mannheim (Dipl. Kfm.) and earned an MBA with distinction from the London Business School.
