Bio

Mr. Flynn joined Rhône in 2008 as an Associate, after completing an internship in 2007, and became a Managing Director in 2018. During his tenure at Rhône, Mr. Flynn has developed expertise in the chemicals, minerals and materials sectors and also contributes to the coverage of the Spanish-speaking markets, including leading Rhône’s Latin American effort. Prior to joining Rhône, Mr. Flynn worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Citigroup, where he was involved in a broad range of strategic and operational engagements. Mr. Flynn currently serves on the Board of Directors of ASK Chemicals, Fogo de Chão and Maxam. He received a B.A. in Industrial Engineering with highest honors from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.
