Blair Gertmenian serves as a Director for RF Investment Partners, LLC. Based in New York, Blair is responsible for supporting all activities of the firm including originating and evaluating investment opportunities; leading due diligence, negotiations and structuring; as well as partnering with portfolio companies to support the development and execution of growth strategies and initiatives. Blair has 16 years of finance experience including 12 years of principal investment experience (both debt and equity) in the lower middle-market. Prior to joining RF, Blair was a Director for more than twelve years at The Gladstone Companies. He worked with the private equity fund, Gladstone Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: GAIN) where he focused on acquiring lower middle-market companies by providing both debt and control equity. Blair was responsible for sourcing, executing, and post-close portfolio management by serving as an active Board member of numerous lower-middle-market companies. Previously, Blair was an analyst at J.P. Morgan where he worked in the Middle Market Financial Sponsor Lending Group and Global Merger & Acquisitions Group. Blair holds a BSBA with a concentration in finance from Georgetown University, where he graduated Cum Laude.
