Osman Nur joined the investment team at Revolution Growth in 2019. He supports the fund across the full spectrum of investment activities. In 2021, he was recognized as an Emerging Venture Leader by HBCUvc. Prior to joining Revolution, Osman was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At BAML, Osman provided financial advice to large corporations and financial sponsors across a spectrum of strategic alternatives and secured $15bn in M&A value across various industries. Osman graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2016 with a B.A. in Commerce & Finance, where he was a full-tuition scholarship recipient. Osman was born in Arizona, raised in Northern Virginia, and has roots in Somalia. Outside of Revolution Growth, he is actively involved in organizations such as BLCK VC, African Entrepreneur Collective (AEC), and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO).
