Bio

Mr. Bajaj is primarily focused on leading financial due diligence for acquisition candidates and also assisting with the operational and financial oversight of Revolution’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Revolution, Mr. Bajaj was Vice President at Macquarie Bank and was responsible for conducting due diligence and executing middle market mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bajaj also worked in various roles at Giuliani Capital Advisors and Ernst and Young Corporate Finance where he represented several companies, lender groups and unsecured creditor committees in transactions involving M&A advisory and financial restructurings. In addition, Mr. Bajaj has held project management positions as Electrical and Systems Engineer with Tata Consultancy Services and Schindler AG, respectively. Mr. Bajaj holds B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab University in Chandigarh, India and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
