Bio

Bryan joined Resurgens in 2021 as the Head of Talent and focuses primarily on organization, leadership, and talent development for the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Resurgens, Bryan was an Associate Partner and led the Private Equity Practice at the leadership and talent advisory firm, ghSMART. Earlier in his career, Bryan was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and served in Force Reconnaissance of the United States Marine Corps. Bryan graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
