Ryszard Wojtkowski is a co-founder of Resource Partners and a Managing Partner. In 2007 he joined The Carlyle Group as a global partner managing the team in Central and Eastern Europe. For 7 years he was a managing partner at Enterprise Investors. During this time, he completed 8 investments in the consumer goods, retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and construction industries. President of Novartis Consumer Health International with headquarters in Switzerland, president of Alima Gerber and head of operations Gerber in Europe and deputy director general of Coca-Cola Poland Services. He was also the head of the cabinet of four Polish prime ministers. Member of the Council of the Civic Development Forum Foundation. Previously, among others: President of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Member of the Convention of the University of Economics in Katowice. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and Harvard Business School.
