Aleksander Kacprzyk is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Resource Partners. In 2007, he joined The Carlyle Group as Director responsible for Central and Eastern European buyout investments. Earlier, he spent 4 years as Investment Director at Enterprise Investors where he worked on 4 investments in consumer durables, business outsourcing and healthcare, 3 of which were realized. Before moving to private equity, Mr. Kacprzyk was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and an investment banker with Merrill Lynch. Earlier in his career he co-founded a publishing house and worked for a start-up trading company, where he was CFO. Aleksander holds MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, M.Sc. in Management from University of Minnesota and M.Sc. in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
