Serena joined RCF in 2022 with over 15 years of distribution and business development experience with global alternative asset managers across both private and public markets. Previously, Serena held senior roles with boutique firms such as Hanover Investors and Farlap Capital and with larger organizations such as Perella Weinberg Partners and Citigroup, always based in London. She has successfully fundraised and worked with differentiated alternative investment strategies throughout her career, primarily helping managers navigate the EMEA region and in some instances, North America and Asia. Her track record of fundraising covers a wide array of institutional investors She is fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and English.
