John provides operational support to the management teams of our portfolio partners. Having worked as a turnaround specialist across a range of sectors, John has significant experience of working within organisations that are undergoing change or seeking growth. He has held positions of Executive and Non-Executive Director either working alongside the business or integrating into the management team. John’s expertise is in driving expansion, increasing margins and maximising return on investment by achieving sustainable and profitable growth whilst preparing businesses for exit or further funding. John is inspired by helping businesses to deal effectively with change and to flourish in challenging environments.
