David Eisler joined Regimen Partners in 2017. David has over 25 years of business, finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining Regimen, David was with Stern Partners which is a family office that owns and manages 20 companies with over 7,000 employees. He also spent 14 years as a Managing Director with Banyan Capital Partners where he co-managed the firm’s two institutional funds that raised $145 million and invested in 15 companies over that timeframe. Prior to Banyan, David worked in investment banking with Scotia Capital Inc. where he assisted clients on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings in a variety of industries. After completing his undergraduate engineering degree David worked for Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., headquartered in Bolton, Ontario. David has a degree in Engineering from Queen's University, an MBA from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer. He serves or has served on numerous corporate and community boards across a variety of industry sectors. David's primary role is investment origination and oversight. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee.
