Sarah Walsh joined Redwood in 2014. Sarah oversees Redwood’s financial reporting and tax functions as well as assisting in portfolio management, due diligence and analysis for the firm’s investment operations. Sarah joined Redwood from Allegis Group, Inc., where she was in the Mergers and Acquisitions group and was responsible for performing due diligence and valuation analyses on potential acquisitions. Prior to Allegis, Sarah was a Senior Associate in Assurance Services at Ernst & Young, LLP serving primarily private equity, healthcare and technology clients. Sarah earned dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
