Toby Chambers has 24 years of professional experience including 18 as a private equity investor. While at Roark Capital and Rhône Group, Toby was responsible for all aspects of the private equity investment process including transaction sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and execution of investments, and oversight of portfolio companies. He is a former board member of several companies, including Quala (industrial services), Batteries Plus Bulbs (specialty retail), PSC Info Group (business services), GFL Environmental (environmental services), Solterra Recycling Solutions (environmental services), Simply Floored (consumer services), Primus International (light manufacturing), and McAlister’s Deli (restaurant chain), among others. Toby is a trustee of Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia and serves on its investment committee.
