Soumya is an Operating Principal of RECOGNIZE joining from Wipro, where he was the Global Head of Insurance Digital Operations and Platforms. Prior to Wipro, Soumya has led management consulting, solution, innovation, and global delivery teams across Cognizant and EY to assist the C-suite of leading companies in solving their top strategy, operations and technology issues. He has a Postgraduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang. Soumya lives in Chennai, India with his wife Chandana and their two daughters Saachi and Siddhi.
