Bio

Pedro de Peñaranda joined Realza Capital in March 2012. He previously worked in the global Private Equity firm 3i as an Investment Executive of their Spanish and European divisions in Madrid and London since 2005. Prior to that, Pedro worked in the Spanish Private Equity firm Capital Alianza. He started his professional career in the Corporate Finance division of Santander Investment, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Pedro attended the board meetings of Global Energy Services, La Sirena and Gebomsa. He gained an MBA from INSEAD and completed an exchange program with the Wharton School (2007), having been awarded a scholarship from the Caja Madrid Foundation. He holds a double degree in Law (2001) and Business Administration (2002) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid. He was a Board Member of Grupo Plénido and Gestión Tributaria Territorial and currently is a Board Member of Grupo Dolz and Secom Iluminación.
