Iryna Dubylovska founded RDCP Group with Sameer Rizvi in the summer of 2015. As co-founders, Iryna and Sameer tend to wear lots of hats. However, Iryna predominantly spends her time acting as the equivalent of the “head of the investment committee,” approving or disapproving dealflow that Sameer brings forward. No acquisitions are made unless both Iryna and Sameer unanimously agree on an investment decision. Iryna also has the final say on key human capital management decisions across all portfolio companies. ​Prior to RDCP, Iryna worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London as an investment banker, in the corporate advisory (i.e M&A) division. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kings College London (KCL) and a master’s degree in economics from University College London (UCL).
