Keriann Murphy is an entrepreneur and operator passionate about serving founders and leadership teams. She has over 15 years of private equity, consulting, and executive operating experience. Prior to joining Rallyday, Keriann was a co-founder of the The Parkpoint Company, a private equity independent sponsor focused on the lower middle market. Previously, she was the VP of People at enterprise software company Heavy.AI, a management consultant and leader of learning and development at Bain & Company, and an investor relations and fundraising professional at Partners Group. She is a proud alum of Teach for America and started her career as an 8th grade math teacher in the Bronx, NY. At Rallyday, Keriann leads the Architecture team in its mission to provide our portfolio companies with the blueprints to build durable, beautiful, inspired organizations. Keriann believes that people are the secret sauce and is thrilled to leverage her experience to empower founders and leadership teams to go bigger, better, and with purpose. Keriann is a proud native of Cincinnati, OH and now lives in Denver, CO with her husband Padraic and their children (2 human, 1 canine). She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Women’s Studies from Tulane University, a Masters of Science in Teaching from Pace University, and an MBA from Cornell University.
