Karla Calderon is an accountant by trade and an entrepreneur at heart. Karla migrated from Ecuador to NYC where she completed her education. After school Karla began her accounting career in Miami, FL as an Accountant & Financial Analyst at Starwood Capital. Her education and dedication to hard work has inspired her to support other entrepreneurs. As the founder of her own consulting company, Karla has spent the last 10 years helping emerging companies scale their accounting and finance functions. In this capacity, she focused on strengthening the integrity of accounting systems, processes and structures that allowed her clients to meet their operational objectives and strategic potential. After working with Rallyday Partners as a client, Karla was inspired to join the team as Rallyday continues to strengthen its investment, portfolio management, investor relations and internal accounting and finance activities. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College – CUNY.
