Prior to founding RRG, Mr. Young served as Chairman & CEO of Hoover Ferguson Ltd and its subsidiaries from 2008 to 2019. Under his leadership, Hoover’s EBITDA grew from $4 million to more than $100 million and upon the sale of the company Mr. Young returned his original investors 70x their investment. Prior to joining Hoover in 2008, Mr. Young worked in New York in private equity for 10 years at Citigroup Venture Capital and Sciens Capital and 3 years in investment banking at Bank of America and Prudential Securities. Mr. Young graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Government.
