Co-Founder and Managing Partner with 22 years’ experience across a range of investment, finance, advisory and business development roles within the global energy industry Mr. Quinlan is responsible for firm management and leading firm strategy. He also provides financial oversight globally Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder/Head of Europe for the CEI division at Capital Dynamics Group between 2010 and 2015. Mr. Quinlan served on the CEI Investment Committee Senior Director of the Climate Change & Alternative Energy team at Hastings Funds Management in 2009 Chief Financial Officer and Executive Finance Director of Novera Energy PLC between 2004 and 2009. As CFO, Mr. Quinlan was responsible for all investment, financing and regulated activities including capital raisings (equity and debt markets), investment origination, negotiation and investment completion Holds a B.A. in business and accounting and an M.A. in Commerce from Queensland University of Technology. Mr. Quinlan also holds the professional designation of Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia.
