Managing Director with over 32 years’ experience in the property, sustainability and renewable energy markets across investment, development and funds management in Australian and international markets. Mr. Kerr is responsible for leading the Capital Formation and Investor Engagement team in APAC. Joined the Grosvenor Group in 1994, a large property company with exposure to major international markets in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, America and Australia. Appointed Chief Executive Officer for Grosvenor Australia in 2000. Member of the Grosvenor Group Holdings Board and the Group Executive Leadership team. Appointed to the ISPT Grosvenor International Property Trust Board in 2004 as Director. Built a team at Grosvenor Australia in investment and development capabilities and achieved the ranking of No.1 outperformer of the industry index for 17 years – 1994-2012. Established Grosvenor as a leader in property sustainability in Australia. Holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Project Development, Investment and Portfolio Analysis, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
