Rosalie joined Quilvest in 2020 as Head of Operations. Based in the Luxembourg office, she oversees day-to-day operational activities in close collaboration with the Investment and Business Development teams. She also coordinates the business relationship with the company’s service providers. Prior to joining Quilvest, Rosalie worked for 7 years within AXA Investment Managers Structured Finance platform both as Head of Operational Structuring and Deputy COO. She was responsible for the onboarding of new investment vehicles and transversal operational support to the investment teams. She started her career in 2001 working for AXA IM’s Middle-Office team and then joined State Street Bank in 2004 following the outsourcing of Middle and Back-Office activities of AXA IM. At State Street, she worked as a Project Manager on the implementation of new operating models and system data conversions. Rosalie holds a B.Sc. in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin and graduated from ESCP Europe Business School.
