Noam joined the New York Real Estate Investment Team as a Principal in 2019. Prior to joining Quilvest, Noam was a Senior Vice President in the Special Situations Debt Group at Clarion Partners LLC where he was responsible for the pursuit and strategic management of real estate mortgage loans. Prior to Clarion, Noam was a Senior Vice President at Westport Capital Partners LLC, a real estate private equity fund manager. Noam graduated from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) with a double major in Economics & Finance.
