Matt is a Vice President in Quilvest’s direct investment team based in New York. He works on the sourcing, execution and management of direct buyout investments. Since joining Quilvest in 2016, Matt has participated in numerous private equity investments and divestitures and serves on the Board of Directors of UrgentMED (urgent care clinics network). Prior to joining Quilvest, Matt worked at BMO Capital Markets in the Leveraged Finance Group where he worked on various debt financings across industries. Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude from Villanova University where he studied Finance and Accounting.
