Hichem is a Principal in the Direct Private Equity team in Paris. He is involved in the sourcing and execution of direct buyout investments in Europe. Before joining Quilvest, Hichem spent four years in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of UBS in Paris. While at UBS, Hichem worked on the execution of several transactions in France and Europe as well as on origination and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining UBS, Hichem worked as an intern at Société Générale, BNP Paribas and E&Y. Hichem is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris with a major in Financial Mathematics.
