Wallace Rueckel Bio

Wallace L. Rueckel has over thirty years of comprehensive corporate financial management experience with several multinational corporations including Hartmarx, Guardian Industries, Sundstrand Corp. and Cummins Engine Company. He has been responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating financial transactions including the purchase and sale of subsidiaries, debt refinancing, private placements, commercial paper programs, and corporate reorganizations. He is also experienced in structuring manufacturing ventures in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining Questor in 1995, Wally was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hartmarx Corp., a $750 million NYSE-listed apparel manufacturer. He received his AB degree from Ohio State University, and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin (Madison).
