Robert D. Denious has spent his professional career working on acquiring, financing and addressing operational issues faced by public and private companies, first as a business lawyer and more recently as a private equity investment professional. Rob has served as a director and audit committee member of a public company and has served as a director of several private companies. As an investment professional at Questor, Rob has responsibility for leading transactions, arranging financing and working closely with management teams of portfolio companies to design, implement and drive operational improvements. Prior to joining Questor in 1999, Rob was a partner at the Philadelphia-based law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, financings and private equity and venture capital investments. Previously, he held a judicial clerkship with Chief Judge John P. Fullam of the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia. Rob received his Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and his JD from Harvard Law School.
