Mr. Puro has provided legal advice and counsel to both public and privately held companies on a broad range of business and financial transactions, corporate governance, litigation, intellectual property, employment and compliance matters. Mr. Puro earned a BA with honors from the University of Michigan and received a JD from Washington University in St. Louis.
