Mr. Witalec has nearly two decades of experience specializing in buy-side and sell-side advisory services serving strategic and private equity clients engaged in acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, carve-outs, private capital raising, and venture capital. Mr. Witalec’s experience spans more than 200 domestic and cross-border transactions ranging in value from $25 million to $2 billion across a broad range of industries. At Quantum Ventures, Mr. Witalec focuses on identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, strategic planning and financing needs of portfolio companies, and working with senior management in Quantum’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Quantum Ventures, Mr. Witalec was Managing Director of UHY Corporate Finance, a national investment banking / mergers & acquisitions practice and has held key positions at other national and international consulting firms. Mr. Witalec was the proud recipient of the M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leader Award in 2016 and was the sell-side advisor for Crain’s / ACG Deal of the Year in 2015.
